Ordering Process
1. Do I need to open an account to shop at prettyFIT?
No, creating an account is not required to make a purchase, as you may check out as a guest.
However, registering for a free account allows you to earn reward points to offset future purchases, enjoy Birthday rewards and conveniently view your order history through your account dashboard.
2. How do I create an account?
Click here to register for an account with us to begin your first purchase.
3. How do I order?
To place an order, log in to your account by clicking on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon on the right centre of the screen. Browse through our collection and add your desired items to the shopping cart. When ready, proceed to checkout by entering your shipping details and payment information. If you have a discount code or Gift Card, remember to apply it before completing your purchase!
4. How do I utilize Discount Codes?
During checkout, key in any relevant discount code in the discount code box within the order summary.
5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After an order has been placed, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to confirm that your order has been received. Do note that an order will only be shipped when credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. You may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
6. Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been processed?
We are unable to cancel or amend any order once it has been placed. It is therefore advisable to check your order before finalizing it.
My Account Dashboard
1. How do I sign into my account?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon on the right centre of the screen and scroll down to Login to your account.
2. How do I edit / update my account details?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon on the right centre of the screen and click on Account. Under My Account dashboard, you may edit or update any fields except your email address and birthdate.
3. I have changed my email address, why can’t I update it in My Account dashboard?
Please reach out to us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg if you would like to update or change your email address. We will assist to transfer your membership details to your new account.
4. I have entered my birthdate wrongly and I am unable to change it in My Account dashboard.
If you have entered your birthdate incorrectly, please contact us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg for assistance. To protect the integrity of our membership programme, birthdate updates are limited to a maximum of one change. Any further changes will result in account deactivation, and all membership perks and accumulated points will be forfeited.
5. How do I obtain the Birthday Discount code?
The birthday discount code will be emailed on the 1st day of your birthday month. It will be valid for the entire month for a one-time usage 😊
6. I’ve searched my email, but I can’t find the codes?
Please check your SPAM or junk folder as it may have accidentally landed there. If all else fails, please reach out to us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg
7. I’ve just joined as a member and my birthday is this month, do I qualify?
Our birthday codes are issued on the 1st of each month, so yours unfortunately fell outside the system’s cutoff. But not to worry, you’ll be eligible for your birthday reward every year moving forward!
8. Why did I not receive points for my last purchase?
Points are given for all regular priced purchases. Purchases made with promotions, discounts and sales items, are excluded from points accumulation.
9. Where can I view my membership points balance?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon on the right centre of the screen and click on Loyalty Rewards. Here, you would be able to check your available points and redeem them to vouchers to offset your purchase! Copy the discount code provided and apply it during checkout.
Gift Cards
1. How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Please visit our Gift Card page here.
2. How do I use a Gift Card?
When carting out your purchase, copy the Gift Card code and paste it in the discount code box within the order summary.
4. Can I extend the expiry date of the Gift Card?
We regret to inform that we are unable to extend the expiry dates of our Gift Cards once they are issued.
5. What happens to the unused balance of the Gift Card?
Any unused balance on the Gift Card can be applied towards future purchases, provided it is used before the expiry date.
6. Can I exchange or refund the Gift Card?
Gift Cards are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable once it is issued.
Duties & Taxes for International Orders
1. Are Duties and Taxes included for international orders?
For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be imposed by the destination country and are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the local customs authorities. prettyFIT has no control over these fees and is unable to advise on the exact amount, as customs policies and charges vary by country.
Shoe Repair
1. Some crystals have fallen off my shoes. Do you provide replacement crystals?
Our shoes come with complimentary spare crystal beads and/or rhinestone embellishments (where applicable) for your easy replacement in case you lose some crystals due to wear and tear.
Alternatively, our retail team will be happy to help you replace them on your shoes if you find it tedious to do so.
2. My shoe heel cap has worn off. Do you provide any replacement?
Where applicable, one pair of spare heel caps are given complimentary for your easy replacement as the heel caps may wear out after some time.
4. The non tie shoelace is too loose/tight.Can you assist with the adjustments?
If the non-tie shoelace feels too loose or too tight, please bring the shoes to any of our retail stores. Our team will be happy to assist in replacing the lace length to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for you.
