From earning points with every purchase to receiving special birthday treats, early access to new arrivals, and members-only promotions, our loyalty program is all about celebrating you. 1. What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Members get to earn points when you shop online or at our retail stores in Singapore. You will be able to convert your points into extra savings!
- 100 Points for $10 OFF (min. spending of $50)
- 200 Points for $20 OFF (min. spending of $100)
- 300 Points for $30 OFF (min. spending of $150)
During your birthday, you will get to enjoy a one-time 20% discount (valid for 30 days) on regular-priced product purchases.
At the same time, when you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will be informed of the latest trends and new arrivals, promotions, special offers and online exclusives.
2. How to be a member?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon on the right center of the screen and register for an account with us.
3. How do I accumulate points?
You will get 1 point for every $1 spent on any regular priced item! Accumulate 100 points to claim $10 off! All Rewards points are credited after payment completion for all regular orders from our official website and retail stores. Purchases made with promotions, discounts and sales items, are excluded from points accumulation.
4. Will my points expire?
All accumulated points will expire 1 year after the date of the last purchase of a regular priced pair of shoes.
5. I am currently a prettyFIT in store member. Can I enjoy the privileges online?
Yes, you can. Our points and rewards are applicable both online and in-store as it shares the same platform.
6. How do I redeem the rewards online?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon on the right center of the screen, scroll to Redeem Points and choose the points you would like to redeem. Copy the discount code provided and apply it during checkout.
Birthday Rewards
1. What rewards are there during the birthday month?
Treat yourself with a one-time 20% OFF your entire order (regular-priced product purchases) in your birthday month! Wow!
2. What are the critieria's to qualify for the Birthday Discount?
· Need to update your birthdate BEFORE the start of your birthday month in your profile page upon logging in.
· Ensure that you are subscribed to our newsletter to receive the codes
· Purchase a pair of any regular priced item prior
3. How do I obtain the Birthday Discount code?
The birthday discount code will be emailed on the 1st day of your birthday month. It will be valid for the entire month for a one-time usage 😊
4. I've searched my email, but I cant find the codes?
Please check your SPAM or junk folder as it may have accidentally landed there. If all else fails, please reach out to us at hello@prettyfit.com.sg
5. I've just joined as a member and my birthday is this month, do I qualify?
Our birthday codes are issued on the 1st of each month, so yours unfortunately fell outside the system’s cutoff. But not to worry, you’ll be eligible for your birthday reward every year moving forward!
6. How do I redeem my Birthday reward?
Copy the Birthday discount code that was emailed to you and apply it during checkout. The 20% discount will be applied to all your cart purchases! Happy shopping!
Referral and Reviews Rewards
1. What are the benefits for referring a friend?
Refer a friend and you will get 100 points (SGD$10) and your friend gets SGD$5 off immediately upon use! The more you refer, the more points you get!
2. How do I refer a friend?
Send your friend the referral code under Refer a Friend in your REWARDS/Gift box icon (appearing at the right center of the screen). After they have registered their account, they may cart out their purchase using your referral code and would get SGD$5 off their purchase instantly.
3. Why did I not receive my 100 points after referring my friend?
Once your referred friend makes a purchase with the code, you will get 100 points after 30 days provided the purchase was not refunded.
4. How many points do I get when I leave Reviews for my purchase?
Show your love for your purchase by leaving us a review and earn 20 points! Include a photo with your review to earn a total of 30 points
5. How and where do I leave a Review?
Click on the Rewards TAB / Gift Box icon located at the right centre of the screen, then select Review Now under Leave a Review for us. Go to your orders and submit your reivew to earn 20 points, or 30 points if you include a photo!
Social Media Rewards
1. How do I earn points for Follow on our Facebook page?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon located at the right centre of the screen, then select Follow under Follow on Facebook and click on the Follow tab within Facebook.
2. How do I earn points for Facebook Share?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon located at the right centre of the screen, then select Share under Facebook Share and continue on Facebook platform.
3. How do I earn points by following prettyFIT on Instagram?
Click on the Rewards Tab / Gift Box icon located at the right centre of the screen, then select Follow under Follow on Instagram and click on the Follow tab within Instagram.
